{New Episode} Mindset Matters: How to Enjoy the Holidays Without Falling Into the All-or-Nothing Trap

Hey Reader,

It's that time!

A new episode of my podcast Small Daily Habits has been released early this morning.

5am to be exact!

I schedule them early on purpose because I know I have some early birds in my audience, and I think Friday mornings are the perfect day to listen while you get ready for the day (no matter what time that is).

That way you take what you hear in today's episode and apply it this weekend when you have a few extra minutes to yourself.

This week's message is all about mindset as we head into the holiday season.

What is your current mindset?

Does it tend to shift the closer we get to the holidays?

No judgement, just take note of how you tend to deal with the extra obligations and stress at this time of year.

Do you have extra things going on this year that may derail you from your health goals?

Are there things you can plan for now so when you're in the thick of it you know your course of action BEFORE the obstacles present themselves?

These are all things to think about as the season approaches and today's podcast will guide you in the right direction. Listen to Mindset Matters: How to Enjoy the Holidays Without Falling into the All-or-Nothing Trap or go to the show notes for all the links mentioned in the episode here.

If you are not on Spotify you can listen on your favorite platform by searching Small Daily Habits in the search bar.

If you are struggling with your health goals and you want to finish strong, I highly recommend joining my Thrive Through the Holidays Challenge!

It's only $30 and you will be surprised at how small habits (like 5-15 minutes) a day can add up. You will thank yourself come January when you are ahead of the game and can focus your efforts on new goals instead of trying to regain ground after the holidays! What have you got to lose? Join today and invite friends!

UPCOMING:

Tune in next week for our very first guest! Her name is Lucy Hutchings, and she is a registered dietician. She will be sharing her secrets to a healthy holiday season from a dietitian's point of view. You won't want to miss it!

Wishing you much love, health, and happiness,

Christine
