Today I wanted to talk to you about mindset.
They say it takes 21 days to build a habit. However, that means you actually have to perform that habit every. single. day. for 21 days (and beyond) to really make it a part of you.
It's 19 days into the new year.
Are you on track to creating the habits you set out to?
If so, congratulations!
You are on your way to creating a life-long habit. That means you chose a goal that was aligned with your life, and you implemented it in a way that was sustainable. Keep up the great work!
If you answered no, don't feel bad.
You are not alone.
Learn from this experience.
Did you try to take on too much at one time?
Are your goals aligned with your life and your why?
Are you able to break your goal down into smaller, more manageable steps?
Are you implementing this habit at the right time of day for your lifestyle?
