Navigating the New Year: 6 Weeks in and Staying Goal-Focused


Good morning beautiful ladies,

January 1st fell on a Monday this year. That means this Monday marks 6 weeks since the new year began and our goals were top of mind.

Usually by this time, life has settled in, and we have gotten so busy that our once motivated, goal oriented selves, have gotten distracted and may have let our healthy habits taper off.

If you are not feeling that yet, congratulations you are well on your way to achievment.

If you are, you are not alone and it's not too late!

Take this week-end to stop, reflect, regroup, and refocus.
